Preventing and discouraging idealogical or selective censorship by single Moderators.

Selective censorship by single moderators has become a hot topic in many subreddits, here's a solution to prevent a single moderator from becoming too influential in censoring topics;

Feeds of link removals, including who removed them and for what reason, should be made available to all Redditors so unreasonably biased trends of removals are discouraged through publicity.

Other moderators should be able to reinstate removed links to prevent a single moderator's ideals or censorship to overwhelm the overall landscape of a subReddit.

Reinstated links cannot be again removed and must be allowed to remain available. The removal and reinstatement actions should be stated below text in the comments page.
