Looking for Motivational Background Images

I like to keep a folder of motivational images/sayings that randomly rotate as my computer background. I'd love to expand my collection and get some new awesome images. Can everyone please share one background image that motivates them?

Thanks. And I'll leave you with John Wooden's TED talk on success. Inspirational.
