Do the pay-to-watch Streams also show the same games?

On the 2 free streams they are often just showing the same game. On the other 2 streams, are they doing something similar? Is there a lot of down-time on them too?

Or are they both playing different matches regularly?

I get 40 extra to spend for this summer and I was wondering how worth it the upgraded stream is. I don't care about quality and stuff, I just want a ton of content.
