Reddit, can you help find this guy who's dog murdered another dog?

Hi Reddit,

I've seen stories like this in the past, and with a situation as terrible as this I thought I'd reach out to the community.

While I was at Chicago's Lawrence Dog Beach a woman approached me handing out flyers. It appears that last weekend while at the dog beach, her dog was severely bitten by another man's dog.

The guy left, and the woman's dog was brought to the vet in hopes of survival. The woman's dog did not make it, despite the $6K in vet bills she racked up.

Her family informed me that when he left he walked, which means that he can't live far from the dog beach.

I'm not sure what's just here, but thought that if anyone can help it's Reddit.

TL/DR: Dude's dog bit another and caused it to die around 60640. Can you help?
