What book would you most like to see made into a movie?

There's a thread on the front page of askreddit right now about what book, game or story you'd most like to see made into a movie. The answers over there are kind of boring to me, so I thought I'd ask you lovely literary geeks.

Personally, I'd love to see Asimov's The Caves of Steel made into a movie (I keep hearing rumors that this is in the works, but who knows). I think it'd be great because it has a simple plot that can fit into a 2 hour movie and because it has a lot of potential to explore contemporary political themes.

How about you?
