Looking for / moving out of an apartment?

So, like many others, I'm hunting for apartments right now. Since I'm sure many other Berkeley redditors are either looking for or moving out of an apartment soon, I thought I would make a thread for it. If you're looking for an apartment, make a comment with details on your preference(size, price, location, etc), and if you're moving out comment with the details of your place. If we could exchange directly, it should be a lot simpler for everyone.

For the record, I'm looking for a 3 bed, 2 bath for 6 people.

Edit 1: You should also note how many people will be living in the apartment, as many properties have a limit on residency.
