Kind of beginner, My routine: Critique appreciated

So, for the past 4 months I have seriously gotten into lifting seriously (before I just worked out lightly/ did light cardio). The first month I did some "beginner" routines, but realized I wasn't down with them, so I started this routine around 2 months ago http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/dumbbell-barbell-home-workout.html On the "rest" days I do running/ other cardio forms. My goal is mostly to build mass/ get ripped, strength is a secondary concern. So far I have noticed decent gains, I was just wondering if there is a more high intensity routine than this for my goals that can be achieved solely with free weights (like in my current routine). Some stats of mine are currently: 160lbs bw ~250 squat& deadlift max (assuming for deadlift, haven't tried it yet)

While I am posting, are gains better with a creatine cycle (like 20g/dayfirst week, 5g daily after 1st week)?
