Broken Vaio laptop screen, HDTV won't respond to HDMI cable anymore.

Hey everybody, i'm trying to use my lap top by using my HDTV and once the screen broke, the port stopped responding. I've tried using all the fn + f keys but that has failed as well. Anybody have any experience with this?
