Any news on the next installment?

Jumped back into Fallout 3 and I couldn't find any sources confirming the next installment of Fallout.

Has anyone else had better luck? And where would you like the next one to take place?

EDIT I found something about this place called "The Commonwealth" while playing Fallout 3. For those of you who don't remember, there was an Android side quest which involved saving/turning him in. The professor and android are both from The Commonwealth. There is not much information on it, except that it is in Massachusetts and MIT (The Institute) is its headquarters. They also have incredibly advanced technology and have created "True" AI. Possible plot line? Maybe the next Player-Character is an AI?
