is it normal to argue with yourself? Please help.

First some background, I have some personal issues. I was molested at 6 years old (male, 31) and for the last 25 years Ive been in denial about how serious it was. I've been seeing a great therapist for the last month and Ive progressed very nicely I think. I do worry about these "arguments" I have with myself though. Ive mentioned them once or twice to my therapist, maybe in passing though. I think because I havent made them a big deal, he hasnt addressed them. Next time I see my therapist I will definitely address it more forthrightly but its going to be a week before I can see him again. I just want to do research on what this issue is exactly.

If someone pisses me off, Ill dwell on it when im trying to relax. I literally have an argument with this person in my mind when im trying to relax, like watching tv or laying in bed for example. I dont say anything out loud like a "crazy person", but my lips do move noticeably. It gets to a point where im like "holy shit, ok I need to start thinking about something else" because it will literally consume my mind. I dont know how to stop it and its starting to get really old. What is this? Is it normal? How do I help myself to stop it? I catch it, but it just happens again later. Over and over and over again...

btw I suffer from PTSD and panic attacks from what happened to me, soon we're going to do EMDR which I hope will help with everything. I take wellbutroin XL 300mg and just started deplin.

Thank you all. Any and all help is really appreciated but if this is the wrong forum, let me know!
