My friend ejaculated on my jacket, is it ok to ask him to pay for dry cleaning costs?

I was with some friends yesterday, and we were getting a bit drunk and stoned. I lent a friend of mine my $300 jacket (In true Gob style) because she was cold. She then retreated off with another friend of mine to get down and dirty. I chased them down to give them a condom (just to be sure) completely forgetting she still had my jacket wrapped around her. When it was returned to me it had a deposit of semen on the collar. Is it unbrolike behavior to ask for dry cleaning fees?
