Mobo won't recogonize Video Card

I just got my new build a couple days, I put it together it all works great execpt for my mobo won't recogonize my video card. I double checked wires and everything's good but it when I plug my monitor in nothing happens, I tried my TV samething. I tried installing the drivers it says no such device exist, suggestions?

I have an Asrock H61M/U3S3 & a Radeon HD6850.
