Computer crash :/

Yesterday when I got home, I went to my computer. It was turned off, but I never turn it off, I just put it in sleep mode. I turned it on and it booted up, but then, nothing happened. This is fairly normal as it usually takes a few minutes to fully power up. It took longer than usual, so I just hit Ctrl-Alt-Del. Nothing. I tried Ctrl-Shft-Esc. Still nothing. Then, of all things, I got the blue screen. I had enough time to read the word "crash" before It shut down. When I turned it back on, it gave me two options, "start windows normally" or "launch startup repair." When I choose to start normally, it just shows the windows logo, then loops back to the first screen. Then, if I choose startup repair, it goes to a grey screen. Basically what I want to know is if this is a fixable problem, and how I would fix it... Thanks. If it helps, I have and Acer Aspire.
