Episode where Bobby runs in and yells "STOP THE PRESSES!" while Peggy is working for the paper?

Peggy is at the Arlen Bystander doing something and Bobby runs in and yells "STOP THE PRESSES!" and then says "I always wanted to say that."

I remember seeing this episode when it aired and that scene made me laugh for like, 2 days. However, after an extensive Google search, I can't seem to find which episode it was.

I thought it was "Harlottown" but I watched it last night and it wasn't in there :/

Anyone know?
