Is it probable that in the future, all humans will end up "stupid"?

After watching the film Idiocracy, my mind was filled with the idea that, because people with lower I.Q. tend to reproduce more than intelligent people, eventually all intelligent people will die off.

What I'm trying to say is that people who don't think things through have children more, and eventually they will reproduce more than intelligent people.
