What are alternatives to watching pornography?

I'm writing an essay exploring the multiple positives and negatives to pornography and its role in our daily lives. I'm aware of erotic literature and even audio pornography, but is there any other positive forms of sexual media that doesn't implant unrealistic expectations? This could even be realistic porn or humanitarian porn? but I haven't found a good source for either.
