Is Wriggles still worth it after the nerf? And is Vampiric Scepter still viable as a starting item?

Hey Reddit, This is my first post so I'm not sure how this stuff works (spent like 3 minutes trying to find the submit link thing). But I was just wondering if Wriggle's was still worth its money. I was thinking, starting with boots + 3 health pots or cloth + 5 health pots - first recall, buy vampiric scepter and then skip wriggles and late game purchase bloodthirsters (if jungling Nocturne/Olaf,Lee Sin or other AD junglers). Therefore, you have 13% lifesteal if you take the offensive masteries. Also, a friend said that doran's blades are also good so I was wondering if, in place of Wriggle's, you could have a vampiric scepter and 2 doran's blades.

tl;dr What are some good lifesteal items if Wriggle's is not worth the money anymore?
