Persona 4 for PC?

I had heard nothing but good things about the Persona series and

after playing 3 I am hooked. Can anybody here help me find a way to get Persona 4 on my PC? (this could be a really dumb question considering I'm not even sure if a PC version came out but a PS2 emulator link would be greatly appreciated)
