$280 rooms. Looking for folks with radical politics, queer-positive, medium rowdy (Jean-Talon)

Hello! So I live in this pretty sweet apartment three minutes from Jean-Talon metro, but all my roommates are moving on this summer. I'm really stoked on the place and am so very, very sick of moving so I'm looking to fill the house back up again! There are two rooms for $280 available and two rooms for $330. (The cheaper ones don't have windows. Sort of a drag but the rent's cheap. I did it for a year and I'm still alive.) We have a full basement with TONS of room for a workshop, parties, crafternoons, and whatnot. There's a washing machine. I love the basement. There's also two porches and a back 'yard' (expanse of concrete)!

Other stuff: within a five minute walk there's a South American grocery store, two Asian ones, a Caribbean one and a capitalist-oppressor one (Metro). There's also Jean-Talon market which is awesome for buying (or dumpstering) yer fresh veggies and fine cheeses. There's three Vietnamese restaurants and a Guatemalan one like five seconds away. (One of the Vietnamese joints does banh mi (Viet sandwiches) for $3.50, veggie options included. Seriously this is the best selling point of this whole post.) There's also a Pharmaprix and two deps, one of which is 24 hours.

I'm a 22 year old queer punk kid, I'm a student, I'm into anarchy. The intersectional struggle against capitalist and patriarchal oppression kind, not the knocking over trash cans kind. I'm a nice dude. I'm looking for folks who are kind of similar. I mean you don't have to be a trans black-blocker with a foot-long mohawk (that would be sweet though!) but if you have any idea what I'm talking about and don't think I'm an idiot or a terrorist you're probably cool. I want to share food for the most part, and have house meetings, and like rotate chores and all that hippie shit. I'm cool with animals, and personally I'm cool with smoking inside but that would be up to people to decide at our first house meeting!

Salut! J'habite dans un aparte super chill tout pret du Metro Jean-Talon. Toutes my colocs démanagent cet été, mais moi j'aime vraiment la place fec j'essai de trouver des nouveaux colocs! Ya deux chambres pour $280 et deux pour $330. (Les moins cheres n'ont pas des fenaitres. C'est domage mais c'est vraiment pas chere!) On a aussi un sous-sol énorme et deux porches! Ya plein de magasins d'epiceries et des restos juste a coté, et des déppanneurs, un bar, un pharmacie, etc.

Je cherche des gens avec des politiques radicales, des attitudes positifs envers le scene Queer, (désolé, mon francais est terrible et j'ai aucune idée comment dire 'queer-positive' en français). Ouin c'est pas mal ça, contactez moi! Je vais prendre des photos d'la place bientot!
