MMS messages never appear

I've just noticed a problem with retrieving MMS messages on my phone. The last time I can confirm I've received a picture message was 3/13/2012. I've tried turning on/off data, airplane mode, MMS messages, imessages, uninstalled iSounds and UnlimTones. Done countless reboots and resprings. I've installed new APN settings for Verizon. Nothing has helped. I've noticed that sometimes when I get a picture message my SMS tone will ding, but there will be no new messages. Here is my list of apps, if that helps:

I was going to restore, but it said it was going to upgrade me to 5.1. Which wouldn't be a problem if there was an untethered JB, but AFAIK there isn't one yet.

Does anyone have any suggestions about what to try? If not, how can I restore and stay on 5.0.1?

FIXED: icaughtu pro seems to be the culprit. Uninstall has resolved the issue.
