Need Help IDing This Freshwater Egg Sac

30 gallon planted tank and I've got this growing on some dwarf baby tears. Not sure what laid it.

I've got neon tetras, red cherry shrimp, some otos and a nerite snail in the tank. I'm also battling with pond snails at the moment, thanks to some plants I got recently.

I'm new to fish breeding in my tank, so any help IDing this would be greatly appreciated. I suspect it's the pond snails, but I hope I'm wrong...
