Abusive Owners HELP

Hi, so I'm admin on a server but one of the owners is abusive. A moderator jumped on a grave I made in it for my auntie, who passed last year and he said "Yay jumping on graves!" So I took a screenshot and reported him. Nothing. There are 2 owners, but 1 pays more often for the server. He's the one that wants me to forget about it. Meanwhile the guys who jumped on the grave is abusing me and another mod is too. They were OP'd a bit after, and no matter how much I beg they don't DEOP him or derank him. What makes it worse is that my brother IRL Isn't OP and he is an admin. Please help me and give me tips on getting the guy to listen! Thanks - ghost43
