Notebook webcams up to $250, anything better than the Logitech C910/920?

Title says it. I got a mobile workstation (Thinkpad W520) and I am looking for a webcam to record lectures at university and for video conferencing.

The webcam should thus have a clip to attach to the notebook and I do have a USB3 port available.
