Scumbag Friend on updating a game.

So recently I got COD4 because I saw a few videos on youtube. My friend had the game too, not on steam so he could not update it auto-style, but he was on 1.6. I gave him a file to update his CoD4 to 1.7 but when I asked him if he did the next day, his response. (I shit you not, it is the exact quote) "Its not easier than you think" I asked him if he opened the file and he then said no. Scumbag friend is scumbag.
