Decided to stop wearing athletic shoes. How do they look?

First pair: 1 -- same as these from the store

Second pair: 1 , 2 -- The second picture is the actual color of the shoe.

First time owning boat shoes too. I'm 26, so I hope they don't give off too young of an appearance.

Question: Is it possible to wear any type of socks with these shoes? In regular shoes my feet tend to easily stink....and I really don't want to smell up these shoes easily.
