Legal help with rich disabled fathers will, evil grandmother using his money to shut me and sister out.

I don't know how to start this so I am just going to explain this the best I can.

So my father got into a Bike accident when I was younger and has been disabled because of this not just wheel chair but mentally, he needs a full time carer to look after him and he doesn't know what going on and cant talk just dribbles.

when he was in good health me and my sister used to see him every so often (as he is separated from my mother) until he had the accident. He received £5 million for this and cant do anything with it because of his state so his mother has decided that she wants to care for him and this is where is takes a turn.

He never spoke to his mother, she had shunned him from the family after he chosen to be with another woman that my grandmother didn't like and since she found out about his money she then came back into the picture and decided that she wanted to be the carer of him and and this gives her full control over his money. The court where she lives think she is a saint for what she is doing as she is pleading that she has lost everything because of this their was even a local newspaper artcal about this, if I can find it I will link.

She gaining control of all this money and has been using it since I was a child to take my mother to court to stop paying for child support(not sure what its called) in my father name where he would pay my mum £25 a month to care for me and my sister and eventually she has succeeded and my mum who receives nothing to care for use both. Not a big deal any more though now because my sister is 23 and moved in with her husband but I am still living at home and in full time education.

recently my sister and me have received our will that my 'Fathers' lawyer wrote which has given me and my sister £1million to split out of the £5 million, also we are his only children. my grandmother has been using his money and has bought her self a new house and has invested £100,000+ in multiple company shares such as AXA and some others that I cant remember right now, she has her own company now that been from his money again this is under her name when he dies she will be able to claim these shares as her own and make the benefits without having to share with my sister and me, and only to her other grandchildren, she also has a full time lawyer that is being paid of my fathers money again that is to just take that remaining million that has been left for my and my sister, she is trying to take everything and investing in different things so come his death there will be nothing left. She has also assigned her husband (grandfather) another carer and paying him £2000 a week to care for my father. (he cant even care for him self and he is diabetic and is in a boarder line coma).

After she took control she has cut off me and my sister from out father and are using that to determine that we don't deserve anything from him.

If anyone knows how I am suppose to compete with her full time pay roll lawyer vs me and anything that I will be able to use to battle my case, their are loads of other point that have been left out that I will be able provide if you need to extra info to help me out.

all advice would be great, I will keep updating if this gets noticed.
