Q: How best to harvest crystals from baggies

I have several baggies that I have saved in my stash because they are just too caked with trichromes for me to want to throw them out. They stick to the inside of the baggie very effectively, and if I use a knife to scrape them out, I'm always worried that I am also scraping out bits of plastic, which I certainly do not want to inhale.

Any ents here have a better solution?
