LF > Mentor/Teacher Partner - Can I get some help?

Hey gals and guys of Summoner School, I've been playing LoL nearly every night in the three weeks or so I've had the game and while I feel I've come on substantially since I've first started, I've felt recently like my game has kind of stagnated a lot, so much so I think I'm getting worse.

I haven't played any ranked (I'm too worried about my performances in public to do so) so I can't give you any ELO ranking or stuff like that. I play mostly with a friend of mine but I find myself on the losing side of things more than I do winning.

My main champions are Alistar, Ryze and Warwick. I try to jungle with Warwick but get told I'm rubbish. People expect constant stuns with Ryze - which he doesn't have. People expect me to take all the damage with Ali, which once again, isn't possible all the time.

I try my best to make sure I pick up wards and a potions and other helpful team stuff but I often get blamed for losses. So I was wondering if anyone could help me. Maybe watch me play a couple games and then dissect what I do wrong and where to improve and how to improve. The standard mentor stuff really.

I play EU-West and my summoner name is OptimalLulz.
