Reddit, I think I'm falling in love again with my ex, three years after we broke. Do you know any successful love story between long time exes?

I'm not hundred percent sure but I think I'm falling in love again with my ex. She moved to another country almost three years ago and I needed several months to recover. Now I'm living in another city, she moved back to her parent's place, we started to talk like we used to and I'm not feeling like she's only a friend to me.

I'm pretty scared about how things may go by. While talking with friends I always tell them that she was the one, and other girls simply can't fill the hole she left me, but in the end I managed to carry on. Also, I've never heard about love stories with long time exes that end well (to be fair, I don't know anyone in my situation).

So do you know any? To cheer me up or get me down, I don't care.
