Toshiba laptop isn't working, don't know what to do.

About 3 weeks ago, I encountered an error when turning on my laptop. It started up, but then sent me to a black screen saying I have "Status: 0xc00000e9" and it will not let me start up my computer. Now, I read a a variety of solutions on different forums and threads, but none seem to work. I even tried reinstalling Windows 7 onto the laptop, and that still didn't work. I'm trying to see if there is any way I can repair it from home before I go and pay money for somebody at a repair shop to fix it.
