[TOMT] A movie about a guy searching for his family. It's actually his dreams from being in a coma after finding out his wife cheated on him.

The guys wakes up in his house and finds his kids gone. I remember something about him filming himself in his sleep because he thinks he actually is the one who hurt them. Then there's a plot twist, all that was his dream from being in a coma, after he drove into a lake (or his wife did) because he found out she was cheating on him (he caught her on tape while filming his son's birthday).

I've searched for the name of this movie for so long now... I think it's german but I'm not sure at all.
