RDDT recruitment changes

We're bumping up against 100 members now. As such, we need to start being picky about who we chose. Therefore, from now on, you must meet these requirements:

• Tier 10 heavy tank
• Tier 8 Artillery
• Batchat
• T95

We will not be accepting anymore Tier 9 mediums or TD's other than those listed above. We have way too many as it is.

If you'd like to participate in Clan Wars but cannot get into RDDT, please join RDDT4.
