Having trouble falling and staying asleep. Any tips???

I had open-heart surgery 6 weeks ago and about three weeks ago I started having trouble falling/staying asleep. Pre-op sleep wasn't an issue at all. It really sucks and is starting to effect my day-to-day activities. It doesn't seem to matter how tired I am - no sleep.
