Anyone else feeling low?

After reading about all the benifits about nofap(mainly lack of mood swings)I said i would give it ago.At first everything was going fine more enegry, confidance ect. But 13 days in I'm feeling pretty low and apathetic in terms of everything. Just wondering if anybody is going or went through the same range of emotions.
