Hormone therapy for a man. I'm only 26

TLDR: I cant have kids, how do I cope?

I'm 26 years old and have extremely low testosterone. I have tried a few medications that did not work. My doctor told me the only treatment left is a hormone therapy cream. The cream will sterilize me, killing my sperm count permanently. NIGHTMARE MODE: My testosterone is so low that I cannot even muster up a specimen to freeze in a sperm bank. So, as a last resort I am taking some over the counter testosterone boosters. The situation is devastating. If I cannot pass on my genes, what is the point in even living anymore? I feel mortified. I feel like my masculinity has been taken from me, like I'm not longer a man. I am afraid this could be a deal breaker in future relationships.

Can the good folks of reddit give me some kind of encouragement? Has anyone else been in this situation? How did you deal?
