Hey r/Seattle what are your favorite brunch spots?

I'm looking for a new brunch spot. I'm tired of my usual restaurants. ( Señor Moose, Bastille, 5 Spot, Mecca) I'm open to non traditional brunch places as well. Thanks in advance!
