Need replacement light for 5 gallon planted

Hi, My 5 gallon currently has a hood with an incandescent light (15 watt). I also have a bunch of little 5mm leds (x24) that I added as well. They create good light together, but the incandescent light creates too much heat, and gets the water up to 82 degrees. This is much too hot for the shrimp in the tank.

I want to gut the hood and add a new light. What should I add? I'm thinking compact fluorescent. I would like it to be 15 watts again, but I'm open to suggestions. What would you do?
