I have 2nd round pick, H2H 10 team keeper league.

This is our first year doing a keeper league, so there are no keepers yet. I'm 100 percent sure Albert will be going first overall because the person who has first is a huge angel fan. So the question I'm faced with is miggy or Kemp, had this been two weeks ago id go with miggy hands down, but with the new face injury, and the ever present worries about the switch to third base, I'm leaning more to Kemp, am I putting too much thought into my first pick and they're pretty much the same regardless? Who would you take?
