Can you overdose on Ibuprofen?

Every month I take 7 Ibuprofen (1400 mg) on the first day of my period because I have severe cramps and a lower dose doesn't help any. Today, I took my normal 7, which I realize isn't good but it helps so I continue, but it didn't help as well so I took 3 more (600 mg) a few hours later. Since I took those extra 3 I've been sweating, very nauseous, dizzy, and had a headache. I don't know if this is from my period or too much Ibuprofen because I normally don't feel like this when my period starts. Everything I've read says overdosing on Ibuprofen only has long term effects like liver damage but I want to be sure.

Edit: I'm an 18 year old if that makes a difference.
