Is it possible to keep my saved wifi network passwords when moving to a new iPad?

Got a new iPad. Synced my old iPad one last time, then synced the new iPad from the same computer, and now it has all my apps and data... but not my wifi passwords.

Over time my old iPad has accumulated wifi passwords to a lot of my friends' houses and other places I frequent. Often those passwords took a lot of effort to collect, since lots of people don't actually know their passwords and can't remember where they're written down and have to ask the housemate who set it up for them, etc.

I haven't factory-reset my old iPad yet. Anyone know of a way to transfer all those saved passwords over? What else that I haven't though of yet failed to copy over when I sync'ed?

Google hasn't turned up an answer yet, but maybe I just don't know the right search terms for this.
