Is the Unofficial Patch and Vanilla Enhanced Mod causing my game to crash?

It always happens at random intervals, never after any type of specific action. Sometimes, it will crash right after establishing my first city, other times after a Great Person is born. The error message is always from Windows offering to look for a solution to the issue. Haha yeah right.

It happens at such random intervals I can't tell if disabling the mod will fix it because it could be any where from an hour and a half or twenty seconds before it crashes.

Has anyone had issues like this before?
