[TOMT]-Movie that involves a high school kid (or kids) pretending to be porn directors to hook up with women [movie]

That's the only scene I remember clearly. There's an older guy who turns out out to be a scumbag who takes the kid(s) to a porn set, and maybe lends them money. At some point he has the kid in a car and tries to get him to give him (the scumbag) a blowjob... and towards the end the kid is on ecstasy at a award reception. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
