Issue installing Belfry on iOS 5.0.1 (Screenshot in Comments)

I tried googling to see if anyone else had this issue, but nothing comes up. I had belfry 1.0 installed, but I uninstalled it so I could get the notification center stuff. Now I can't get it to install at all, giving me the error in the picture above. I only have a few things installed like retinapad and f.lux and openssh, so I don't know what is causing the install to fail. How do I fix this?
