Are all basic (as opposed to acidic) materials slippery? And are all slippery materials basic?

I've learned from Chemistry class that soap is basic, which is why it is slippery. But is this the same for all basic materials? Are there different levels of slipperiness based on the material's pH level? And finally, are all slippery materials bases according to their pH?
