If I discovered a "Theory of Everything" and I told a computer to run a simulation in accordance to this theory, what would the computer essentially be producing?

Now I realize that this computer would be 'simulating' a universe if my theory is truly correct. However from what I can comprehend, the computer would essentially be calculating numbers (or ratios) and how they relate/interact with each other according to the physical set of rules in my theory.

So by extension does that mean that our universe is ultimately the culmination of a ton of 'numbers/ratios' interacting with each other in a large enough scale to create something as beautiful as us?
