A kid I knew in high school who is now in the Marines and commented on his own profile picture of him holding an M16 saying " Yeah I'm a machine gunner it's gonna be fun mowing bitches down". Should I report this and how so?

It's just troubling to see how he used the words "fun" and "bitches"

EDIT: I realize the post makes no sense grammatically but you get the gist.
