Don't like my team because of autodraft, what to do?

http://i.imgur.com/9IXzy.png is my team.

I like: Adrian Gonzalez, Ryan Zimmerman, Justin Upton and Strasburg, Lester, Hamels and Bumgarner.

Players I don't know much about: Soto, Morrison, Glodschmidt, Tabata, Belt, Luebke, Norris.

Don't really like the rest of my team. What should I be looking for? Any help would be appreciated!
