Do you have, or know somebody who has, Munchausen/Munchausen by proxy syndrome? Tell us your stories, please!
I'm curious to find out a little bit about people's personal experiences with Munchausen syndrome, as well as Munchausen by proxy.
If you have it, how did you become aware of the disorder? How does it affect your everyday life? How does the disorder manifest itself?
If you know someone who suffers from it-- are they aware of it/do they realize that you know? How did you figure it out?
It would also be amazing if we could find someone on Reddit who has been the "proxy" to the sufferer of Munchausen by proxy syndrome...
I'm dying to know about these personal stories... so I'd greatly appreciate any insight Reddit has to offer.
