Is it just me??

Around the age of 12 I was officially taller then my mom, my sister is now 12 as well. She has not only passed my moms height already but she is almost as tall as me, I was always considered really tall all my cousins I have ever met outgrew their parents, I came to visit my aunt in Texas about a month ago and I visited his sons house were he now has his own family the kid he has is around 15 and is like 6'1 I am 5'11... Is it me or is every generation getting taller and taller?? edit: Considered tall in my family...
