[NSV] I'll open my Jamon!

I've been recently to Spain and smuggled a Pata Negra with me. The deal was that when I reached 115kg, down from 125kg, I'd open it!

I'm now at 114kg, and I'll baptize the leg tomorrow! Yay!

(btw, if you know of any particularly good recipe using it, please let me know!)
